JJWin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JJWin platform — whether through the website at jjwin.plus, the JJWin mobile app, or any other channel through which JJWin services are delivered — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use JJWin services.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and JJWin. They apply to all use of the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotions, sports betting, casino gaming, fish games and all other services available on JJWin. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or game types — those will be stated clearly at the point of participation.

JJWin reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create a JJWin account and use the platform's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be aged 18 years or above. JJWin operates as an adults-only platform and does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any form of gaming or betting.
• You must register using accurate, truthful personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.
• You may hold only one active JJWin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or have been previously permanently banned from JJWin for a terms violation.

JJWin may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or if any unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JJWin login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any other person, including family members or friends.

All activity that takes place on your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact JJWin support immediately so that protective measures can be applied. JJWin will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to keep their credentials secure.

JJWin will never ask for your password through email, chat or any other channel. Any message claiming to be from JJWin that requests your password or PIN should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team straight away.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on JJWin are processed and held in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (including HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank and other major Pakistani banks), debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. JJWin does not charge platform fees on any deposit — the full PKR amount you send is credited to your account.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts — whether a family member's JazzCash wallet or a friend's bank — are not accepted and may be returned or held pending verification.

• Minimum deposit via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and mobile wallets: PKR 200.
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer and cards: PKR 500.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may require manual receipt verification and credit within one to three business hours.

JJWin reserves the right to request documentation for any deposit as part of standard account verification procedures. Deposits that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of JJWin's compliance team may be returned to the originating payment account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on JJWin are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account registered with your JJWin profile.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request during business days. VIP tier players receive priority processing. Withdrawals made during weekends or public holidays may experience additional processing time on the payment provider's side.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500.
• Withdrawals from bonus-derived balances are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the original bonus. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering cannot be withdrawn.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or larger amounts. This is a standard security measure.
• JJWin does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transfer charges.

JJWin reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if the account has not completed the required verification steps. In such cases, the affected player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide the necessary documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

JJWin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, referral bonuses and VIP rewards. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on JJWin:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance in your account. Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage — is a breach of these terms and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• JJWin reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already claimed the bonus will not be affected by the withdrawal.
• Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements have expiry periods. Uncompleted wagering requirements that expire will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

The welcome bonus for new players matches the first qualifying deposit 100% up to PKR 10,000, with an additional 50% boost for deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that is stated clearly on the promotions page before you claim.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

JJWin offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games and other gaming products. Each game type operates under its own rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or market. In addition, the following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on JJWin:

• All bets are final once confirmed. JJWin does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where the platform identifies a clear technical error.
• In the event of a technical fault affecting a game or sports event, JJWin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Decisions made in such circumstances are final.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Matches that are abandoned or ruled no-result are typically voided and stakes returned, though specific market rules may vary.
• JJWin reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes or restrict betting activity on individual accounts where unusual patterns are detected. This is to protect the integrity of the platform.
• Winnings from games are credited to your real money balance and are available for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JJWin. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Creating or operating more than one JJWin account.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using payment accounts that do not belong to you for deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the JJWin platform in place of genuine human play.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back a legitimate deposit through your bank or payment provider.
• Exploiting any technical glitch, error or loophole in the platform software for financial gain.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds of unlawful origin.

JJWin monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice. Any funds associated with prohibited activity will not be returned.

9. Responsible Gaming

JJWin is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming and betting are forms of entertainment and should never be treated as a way to generate income or recover financial losses. The following tools are available to all JJWin players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to ensure the limit is meaningful.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you after a set amount of time spent on the platform during a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from JJWin at any time through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is applied promptly with no questions asked and no attempt made to retain you.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, processing of payments and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners strictly necessary for the operation of the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the JJWin platform — including the JJWin logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content and software — is the intellectual property of JJWin or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any JJWin content without prior written permission.

Third-party game content available on JJWin remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and developers. Use of such content is governed by the terms under which JJWin has licensed it — players have no rights to that content beyond the right to play the games within the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

JJWin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous uptime and accurate game and betting functionality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors or data inaccuracies at all times.

JJWin's liability to any player for any claim arising out of use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money balance held in the player's account at the time the claim arises. JJWin is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data or reputational damage.

Gaming and betting involve risk. You participate entirely at your own discretion. JJWin is not responsible for financial losses resulting from normal gaming activity within the rules of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

JJWin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-app notification where possible. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of JJWin following publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should cease using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
